How much does Converzo cost?
Converzo plans start at ₹499/month (Starter). Growth is ₹999/month, Scale is ₹2,499/month, and Enterprise is custom-priced. Annual billing saves 20%. Every plan includes the Official WhatsApp Business API, free onboarding, and zero setup fee.
Are WhatsApp message charges included in the plan?
No. Meta charges per delivered template message, at the rate for your recipient's country. Sending to India that is ₹0.8631 for marketing and ₹0.1150 for utility, and authentication from ₹0.1150; some countries also carry a higher authentication-international rate — ₹2.4971 for India; rates differ by country. Replies inside an open 24-hour service window are free. Meta bills these directly to your own WhatsApp Business Account; Converzo neither collects them nor adds anything to Meta's rates. Some platforms advertise “0% markup”. How is Converzo different?
We never bill you for messages at all. Meta invoices your own WhatsApp Business Account directly, at Meta's published rate for the recipient's country — the money never passes through Converzo, so there is no rate for us to mark up. A platform that resells messages at cost still sets the price it charges you and can change it, so it is worth checking a provider's per-message rate on their free or entry plan against Meta's published card: a “zero markup” headline does not always cover every tier. Our plan fee is the only thing Converzo charges you.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Growth and Enterprise plans include a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is required to get started.
Can I pay in currencies other than Indian Rupees (INR)?
Yes! Converzo supports multi-currency billing. You can pay natively in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) with GST invoices or in US Dollars ($ USD) using international credit or debit cards.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your dashboard. There are no lock-in contracts — you only pay while you use Converzo.
